HERE Bellaire is an independent guide. We are not the City of Bellaire.
What we collect
- Email addresses you submit in forms (corrections, additions, claims, tips, the Thursday email).
- Basic server logs (IP, user agent, path) to operate and secure the site.
- Local browser storage for preferences (for example saved places) on your device.
If you sign up for the Thursday email we keep your address and the topics you picked, send one email a week, and take you off the list the moment you click unsubscribe — one click, no login. If you send a correction or an addition we keep what you typed, your email so we can write back, and, only if you ticked the box, your first name and last initial for the credit line on that page (“Corrected by Maria G.”). We never publish your email or your full name, and we never sell or share your address. Questions: [email protected].
What we do not do
- We do not sell personal information.
- We do not require an account to read the guide.
