This is the Parks Master Plan the city master-plans page still links. The cover says Parks Master Plan, City of Bellaire, 2015-2025. The next page says it was adopted by Bellaire City Council on September 21, 2015. A contents page lists an executive summary, introduction, guiding principles, park classification, park descriptions, pathways, acquisition, implementation, maps, and appendices. A later page starts the executive summary by describing Bellaire as a community established in 1908. The city has posted a bid for a newer systemwide parks plan.

This is the City of Bellaire Master Drainage Concept Plan concept memorandum, dated August 21, 2020. The cover says it was prepared for the City of Bellaire, the Harris County Flood Control District, and the Texas Department of Transportation. It covers sub-basin D115A, Cypress Ditch, which the memo says is tributary to Brays Bayou. The scope is a concept plan for main trunk lines to reduce localized flooding in two storm scenarios, the Atlas 14 10-year and 100-year storms, while noting that Brays Bayou flooding could still affect the city even after local pipes are improved. It is a study memo, not the bond-election order. The adopted CIP project dollars for drainage are in the B04 file, not repeated here.

This is the City of Bellaire drinking water quality report for reporting year 2025, linked from the public works page. The cover gives the public water system id TX1010004 and says the city's drinking water is rated superior and that Houston water is rated superior. It says the water meets or exceeds federal drinking water requirements. The next page says the report covers testing from January 1 through December 31, 2025, and explains where the water comes from. Later pages list regulated substances that were detected and a violation column.

Three official city files. The curbside recycling guide is a one-page sheet from the solid waste page. It lists what the city picks up in the recycling bin and what to leave out. The third file is the solid waste ordinance PDF linked from that schedule page. The ordinance download name is the 2013 solid waste ordinance. Its pages did not yield extractable text, so no ordinance facts are stated here.

Brays Bayou flood projects and the Harris County flood bond projects in Bellaire's area
Harris County Flood Control District
One is C-11 Project Brays. Its page description says Project Brays is the Brays Bayou federal flood damage reduction project and calls it the largest flood damage reduction program the district has undertaken. The other is the Cypress Ditch Regional Flood Mitigation Project. Its page description says the project is to restore channel conveyance capacity along D115-00-00 and gives a schedule window. Neither page's text names Bellaire.

Two official files. The Texas Education Agency 2024-25 Texas Academic Performance Report for Bellaire High School is 27 pages. Page 1 names Houston ISD, campus Bellaire H S, campus number 101912002, and a 2025 campus accountability score of A. Later pages are STAAR end-of-course rates. The second file is the PDF the Houston ISD budget and financial planning page links for the June 12, 2025 public hearing. Its cover says Public Hearing on Budget and Tax Rate, 2025-2026 Proposed Fiscal Year Budget. It is a proposed-budget hearing deck, not an adopted budget book. An adopted budget book and a 2025-26 district calendar were not on the pages that were fetched.
